About

We are a daughter & father team of Fiber Design Imagineers, and we own & operate the only micro-commercial top making mill in North America. Erin is a scientist & fiber artist and she designs all of our blends and kits. Bob is a genius with machines, which helps make his daughter’s dreams a reality.

Both of us have a lot of experience with fiber as breeders of fiber animals, as fiber artists (Bob weaves too), and as operators of commercial processing equipment. We’re passionate about fiber and would like to share our knowledge with people who love fiber and build a community of like minded people.

We are both major geeks and love to dive deep into any subject we find interesting. We’re looking forward to bringing you information built on sound research from professional sources in the form of articles & videos, since seeing is the next best thing to feeling.
